And to that I say, the "small" victories are the most worth celebrating sometimes.

Those "small" victories are what push us to those big accomplishments. Those "small" victories are what gives our team the boost they need to keep things going. Over the years, I have noticed how y'all take some of the things I've said and use them in your regular fuel for success. Once the pandemic started to spread and motivation started to sink, I knew I had to offer you all a little something more, something that would motivate you as soon as you needed it.

I wanted to give you all something that you can spend ten seconds flipping through to find a quote that grounds you or a little saying that gives you ten more minutes of sanity to get the job done.

Addisonisms: Quotes to Live By is from me, for you. I even added some of the sayings from others that get me through my day.

It's all about keeping things moving, being consistent, and crushing those goals.

The truth is, some people are so miserable with themselves and their own lives that they can't wait to ruin even the slightest glimmer of hope in yours.

You are capable of reaching your goals! You are capable of keeping a positive outlook! The world is not doom and gloom!

You cannot let these people drag you into a life of mediocrity! #MissionLeadership
Leadership is about helping. Leadership is about s Leadership is about helping. Leadership is about serving others. Leadership is about what you're offering without thinking about what the return will be.

If you are seeking out a position in leadership to be on top, to have control, to take the credit, to say you're the reason "why," then you have leadership all wrong.

Your ego will lead you the furthest from leadership.

Ask yourself today, "What value am I adding to the life of others?" #MissionLeadership
