Developing a Love of Leadership

What we need is leaders that love what they’re doing—that love their team, love their business, love the people that they’re fighting for. That’s what a real leader is. I think some of the best leaders in the world are great coaches because they understand it’s about the team. A real leader is somebody that puts the team and the families that they’re fighting for over who they are and where they’re at.
