The Scarcest Resource: Strong Leadership

I believe leadership is the scarcest resource that exists. It’s not oil. It’s not any mineral. It’s not any commodity. It’s leadership–passionate, strong, convicted, servant leadership. I’ve learned that through the battles, and I want to share it with people. I want to reach and touch thousands of people and build leaders in the time I’ve got left. I want to help build leaders for the next generation because leadership is, in fact, everything.
